MEDIBEG produces rubber diaphragms (as a bladder or as hat diaphragms). Primary applications for these diaphragms are well tanks, reversed osmosis and expansion tanks. In some cases, the rubber products have to meet several potable water requirements.
The diaphragm separates the water from the air, and is therefore pre-filled with a gas (mostly N2). As impermeability is crucial, the pre-pressure has to remain in the tank for an as long as possible period.

The size of the products that we can manufacture varies between 50 - 1 000 mm in diameter and more than 1 500 mm in height.
The compounds used for these applications are mainly SBR, EPDM, IIR, CIIR, BIIR, NBR, … or blends of different polymers.
